If you’re a veteran, active-duty service member, or eligible spouse, your VA Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is the first step toward using your VA home loan benefits!
- Online – apply through the VA’s eBenefits portal: https://www.va.gov/housing-assistance/home-loans/how-to-request-coe/
- Through your lender – many VA lenders can pull your COE for you
- By Mail – this is the more traditional option – simply complete VA Form 26-1880 and send it to the VA

VA Funding Fee
